Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Landingify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Description

Landingify provides web design and development services specifically for B2B SaaS companies, including but not limited to:

• Landing page design and development
• Website optimization and SEO
• Content management system integration
• Maintenance and support services

Project Scope and Timeline

Project Agreement

All projects begin with a discovery call and formal proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Work begins only after mutual agreement and receipt of deposit.

Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by client feedback, content delays, or scope changes may extend the timeline.

Revisions

Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in project suspension. A late fee may be applied to overdue invoices.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you're unsatisfied during development, we'll work with you to address concerns. Our goal is always a result you love.

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (design files, source code, content). You may use, modify, and distribute them as you see fit.

Landingify Ownership

We retain ownership of our processes, frameworks, tools, and any pre-existing code or components used in your project.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary content, assets, and access credentials
• Ensure you have rights to all materials provided
• Respond to requests within agreed timeframes
• Maintain respectful and professional communication

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Warranties

We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. We guarantee 90+ PageSpeed scores and <2 second load times on completion.

Disclaimers

We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes (conversion rates, revenue, etc.). Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, market, pricing, and marketing efforts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landingify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

By Client

You may terminate the project at any time. You'll be charged for work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

By Landingify

We reserve the right to terminate a project if payment terms are violated, if the scope significantly exceeds the agreement, or if communication becomes abusive or unprofessional.

Support and Maintenance

All plans include 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Ongoing maintenance and updates are available through our Scale plan or one-off agreements.

Hosting and Third-Party Services

We may recommend or set up third-party services (hosting, CMS, analytics). You're responsible for ongoing fees and terms with those providers. We're not liable for third-party service issues.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, unreleased products, and sensitive data.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
